Eagle Creek is located west of the Big Sky Resort and just over an hour southwest of Bozeman. We currently have 90 acres of land in beautiful Gallatin county Montana.
We are a part of the great Yellowstone ecosystem and are located on a migration corridor for wildlife such as Elk, Moose, Bear and Deer, so keep your eyes peeled, you may never know what you may see out on the trails. If you look closely you may be able to see the cow elk nursing their young and if you listen you may be able to hear the the bull elk bugle or watch the eagles soar high up in the sky.
The ranch transforms in so many ways here, the slopes bloom with an assortment of wildflowers and the sky turns amazing colors every evening. We are very careful of how we treat the land here at Eagle Creek as we don't want to disturb the natural landscape and wildlife. We are constantly maintaining fences to make sure that the horses don't go where we don't want them to be.
We currently have 2 arenas here to accommodate everyone's needs, including mother natures, we have a 60 X 130 outdoor arena for the beautiful and long summer days and a 200 X 200 indoor arena for the long cold winter days as well as a round pen. We have just added a Polo field to Eagle Creek so that our new Polo team can now practice when they need too and we will also be able to host matches if the need arises.
The Main barn has 24 14 X 14 stalls. We have a 10 stall barn for our Spanish Mustangs. The horses typically spend the night in their stalls but spend around four to five hours turned out in the spring and summer. During the winter, they spend less time in the pasture and can be turned out in the indoor arena. We have 30 acres of fenced land that horses are turned out in and we also have 10 acres of trails that can be used to exercise horses.
